Otafuku Omasake has a bar with capacity for 8 people, where diners can delight in an exclusive Omakase Tasting Menu. Otafuku is located in the Seratta Group Gastronomic Complex, on the fourth floor of the Atlantis Shopping Center, one of the most important gastronomic areas in Bogotá, Colombia.
Its philosophy focuses on the use of seasonal and sustainable raw materials, as well as revaluing forgotten products. They mainly relate to small producers who share their values. Their sommelier's winery follows the same philosophy, spanning different countries around the world and focusing on organic or biodynamic production methods. They have chosen to serve 90% of their wines ""by the glass"", giving their guests the opportunity to taste the greatest variety possible.
