Nolan

This contemporary bistro, located in the city center just steps from the busy Syntagma Square, is run by a chef whose mixed heritage (Greek father and Japanese mother) is reflected in contemporary Greek-focused cuisine with many Asian influences. Their dishes, fresh, colorful and perfect for sharing, are a visual and gustatory delight. Next door, "Sweet Nolan" is a bakery that complements the other ventures of the Nolan brand. During the summer months, the restaurant moves to Mykonos with its entire team, operating there from July to mid-September.
