Monika: Absolutely! Spot has been around for 15 years now, since it opened in 2006. Initially, we envisioned a concept store, not just a restaurant. We hosted a variety of activities—flower shops, workshops, a children’s area, a spa, and even a hair salon. Over the years, however, Spot has primarily become known for its restaurant, although we still offer cooking classes and have a wine shop.
Fine Dining Table: That’s quite a comprehensive setup! How have your personal experiences influenced the direction of Spot?
Monika: My personal life had a major influence on our initial offerings. When we started, I had young children, so we tailored our services to what people my age needed—places to eat, learn, and spend time with their children. We’ve always been adaptable, listening to our customers and evolving based on their needs. My travels have also inspired me to bring different ideas and practices from around the world to Spot.

Monika: Poland has a rich gastronomic culture that the world is just beginning to recognize.
