General Information
The Fine Dining Table Gala El Salvador 2026 is a private, exclusive, and non-commercial event co-organized by Tripshpere LLC and Surf City. The gala celebrates culinary excellence in El Salvador and recognizes the country’s most outstanding restaurants and professionals through the Fine Dining Table Awards.
The gala will take place on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Casa Marina, San Blas Beach, El Salvador. Admission is strictly limited to 300 guests for the cocktail reception and 500 for the awards ceremony, by means of formal, non-transferable invitations issued by the organizers.
Invitations and Participation
- Main Guests: Each of the 5 hotels and 66 restaurants selected by the Fine Dining Table expert committee will receive two (2) personal invitations for their representatives (chef and/or owner).
- Additional Guests: The event will also feature senior executives from sponsoring companies (Cuscatlán Bank, Volkswagen, Surf City, Fine Dining Table), leading figures in the gastronomy sector, government representatives, ambassadors, and invited entrepreneurs.
Invitations are named, personal, and non-transferable. They may not be sold, assigned, or transferred without the express authorization of the organizers. Confirmation of attendance must be submitted no later than April 20, 2026. If confirmation is not received by this date, the invitation may be reassigned.
Fine Dining Table El Salvador Awards
During the gala, awards will be presented based on criteria defined by a specialized jury composed of culinary experts, critics, and members of the organization. The award categories are:
- 2 Fires (2 Fires): The highest honor for culinary excellence.
- 1 Fire: Outstanding technique and flavor.
- Recommended: Establishments with great potential and consistent quality.
- Best Hotels in El Salvador: Recognition of excellence in hospitality and hotel cuisine.
- Best Chef El Salvador: Award for lifetime achievement and culinary mastery.
- El Salvador's Rising Star Chef: Recognition of the most promising emerging talent.
- Best Service El Salvador: Award for Excellence in Customer Service and Hospitality.
- Best Cocktail Bar in El Salvador: Recognition of innovation and quality in mixology.
Evaluation Criteria
Selection and awarding are based on an independent evaluation conducted by the expert committee, taking into account:
- Culinary creativity and innovation.
- Quality of the ingredients used.
- Technique and preparation of dishes.
- Customer service and overall experience.
- Ambience and culinary/hotel concept.
Note: The results will remain confidential until the night of the gala. Winners will not be notified in advance.
Code of Conduct and Dress Code
Given the location and exclusivity of the event, the required dress code is Boho Chic Elegant. All attendees are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner. The organizers reserve the right to deny admission or remove attendees from the event in the event of non-compliance with these conditions.
Use of Images and Media
By attending the event, participants authorize the use of their image, voice, and name in photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the gala. These materials may be used by Fine Dining Table, Surf City, and Tripshpere LLC for promotional, press, and archival purposes without compensation.
Changes and Cancellations
The organizers reserve the right to change the date, venue, or logistical arrangements of the event due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of absence, please provide advance notice as early as possible.
Acceptance of Terms
Attendance and continued presence at the event imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by all guests.
By participating in this event, the participant releases the sponsors (Cuscatlán Bank, Volkswagen) from any liability regarding products consumed or purchased. Neither the organizers nor their respective sponsors, subsidiaries, or agents shall be held liable for any damages, accidents, or losses (direct, indirect, or consequential) that participants or their companions may suffer as a result of participating in the event or the use or enjoyment of the products consumed.
