At this restaurant, it is the chef and owner himself, Uroš Fakuč, who serves the guests. With a friendly and relaxed demeanor, he divides his time between the dining room and the kitchen, where he creates a unique tasting menu based on the day’s fresh ingredients. He offers both a shorter option and an "XL" version of the menu. His passion for fish is clearly reflected in the menu selections, which include both freshwater and Adriatic fish, prepared using modern and precise techniques that highlight classic flavors without resorting to unnecessarily complicated recipes. The cuisine strikes a perfect balance between Slovenian and Italian influences. The risotto with oysters, sea asparagus, and chili peppers is especially recommended.
