Inspired by the deep friendship between the original chef-owner and Kitaoji Rosanjin, the current chef takes pride in his collection of wooden signs, calligraphy, and tableware. In pursuit of a perfect balance between aesthetics and flavor, he adapts to modern tastes by incorporating Western ingredients. Upon entering the dining room to greet his guests, the chef personally serves takikomi-gohan (rice seasoned with soy sauce and cooked with various ingredients). The friendly host provides attentive service in the tatami rooms.
