Manuel opens its doors in the city of Barranquilla to offer a culinary and hospitality experience to all its guests. Its cuisine is constantly evolving, incorporating local and global flavors, and continually reinterpreting and evolving. Although it uses ingredients from all over the world, it always remains true to its Colombian roots, highlighting the diversity of local products.

Service is perhaps the most important element of any experience. Led by Captain Adonis Bello, the room service team is made up of professionals with extensive experience, known for their love, dedication, and passion for their work.

Under the direction of Chef Manuel Mendoza and Head Chef Rafael Pedraza, the kitchen team is made up of young people who are passionate, dedicated, disciplined, and creative. Its goal is to serve dishes of the highest quality, while continually exploring ingredients, local flavors, and trends.
