Bogotá Hosts Latin America’s First Fine Dining Table Gala, Honoring Colombia’s Culinary Elite

On August 5, 2025, Bogotá became the epicenter of Latin American haute cuisine when it hosted the First-Ever Visa Fine Dining Table Gala in the region. The evening brought together nearly 400 guests—including renowned chefs, sommeliers, food lovers, international figures in the world of gastronomy, and the media—celebrating the outstanding talent that is putting Colombia on the global culinary map.

The prestigious event recognized 80 restaurants across the country, highlighting their excellence, innovation, design, sustainability, and service.
