Delta is located within the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC), a state-of-the-art complex that houses the National Library of Greece and the Greek National Opera. Located on the fifth floor of the building and accessible via a panoramic elevator, this restaurant impresses with its innovative design and unique details, such as an exclusive bronze bar and trees suspended from the ceiling that create an enchanting atmosphere. It also offers breathtaking views of the sea. Chefs George Papazacharias and Thanos Feskos, who have worked at leading European restaurants, present creative cuisine centered on sustainability, with a consistent emphasis on the provenance of ingredients—including produce from their own garden, local products, and responsibly sourced seafood. The distinctive cuisine is served as a single 12-course tasting menu, with vegetarian and vegan options available upon request.
