Located on the outskirts of Maribor, this restaurant—with a slightly eccentric and very personal touch—is run by owner and chef David Vračko. The two dining rooms are adorned with a curious mix of furniture and tables, complemented by attractive and simple decor. Instead of a traditional menu, the restaurant offers an extensive tasting menu crafted by the chef, featuring colorful, playful dishes with unusual and sometimes contrasting textures. The restaurant’s focus is on creative and interesting cuisine, with a careful selection of appetizers, an exquisite salmon tartare with exotic fruits, magnificent shrimp with cauliflower, and a delicious duck dish. Everything is served with a smile and a real sense of spectacle.
