At Fine Dining Table, we had the privilege of experiencing Espíritu Medellín, Álvaro Clavijo’s new concept in Medellín—a restaurant that captures the city’s contemporary energy with a fresh, approachable, and thoughtfully executed perspective.

The venue itself is simply stunning: perched high up, with breathtaking sunset views, it creates a warm, elegant atmosphere without pretension. It's one of those places where the surroundings, music, and design come together to invite guests to stay, explore, and enjoy at their own pace.

The menu is designed for sharing, making for a dynamic and social experience. The fish, in particular, stands out as one of the best dishes to place in the center of the table: fresh, flavorful, and perfect for savoring and discovering the nuances of the cuisine. The concept encourages guests to try as much as possible, blending technique and taste with balance and personality.
