When asked if they ever imagined the success they have today, Pablo replies, «We’ve exceeded even our own expectations. In February 2025, we’ll celebrate our third anniversary, and I believe we’ve managed to position ourselves in Bogotá: The Home of Wine.«
Tommaso adds, «When you start out, you have a dream in the hope that it will come true. I am very proud of the three of us, of where we are today, and of having exceeded our own expectations.»
The concept of Momentino was born out of a shared passion for wine. Tommaso, who knew the Chapinero neighborhood well, saw this area as the perfect place to open their venue. After an extensive search, they found the ideal location, and the rest is history.

The wine selection is meticulously curated, with the menu constantly being refined and improved. Additionally, they introduced the concept of a “Wine Flight”—a tasting of three wines linked by a common theme—allowing customers to discover new varieties and regions.
For those visiting Momentino for the first time, the founders recommend starting with buffalo burrata, paired with a fresh, mineral-rich white wine such as an Albariño from Galicia or an Austrian Riesling. Next, a Spanish tortilla paired with a trendy Godello from Spain. For the main course, try artisanal pasta with guanciale and Roman pecorino—a fusion of Italian and Colombian cuisine—paired with a wine from Castile.
