Ambrosía

Chile and France come together in a culinary fusion with Latin American influences at Ambrosia, a familiar establishment frequented in the 50 best in Latin America, directed by Carolina Bazán. Located in an old house, Ambrosia offers a warm atmosphere with several cozy dining rooms. The efficient hospitality team is led by co-owner and sommelier Rosario Onetto. The a la carte menu features comforting and elegant dishes: try foie gras with mushroom puree as a starter, or citrus ceviche to share, followed by southern hake with asparagus gazpacho and cucumber noodles. In 2017, Bazán and Onetto expanded their proposal with Ambrosia Bistro, a smaller establishment located in the Providencia neighborhood.
