The fish, which arrives several times a week from Japan, is treated with precision, carefully cut and pressed on vinegar-dyed rice that he prepares himself. Diners are encouraged to ask questions and freely enjoy the drinks. Meanwhile, the team works in perfect harmony, offering a well-paced sushi experience to the beat of an upbeat playlist.
