What started as a small restaurant tucked away in downtown Miami has transformed into a vibrant and stylish venue in Miami Beach. The gorgeous tiles set the tone for a team that remains dedicated to sourcing diverse varieties of heirloom corn from family farms in Oaxaca, milling and pressing them on site daily. Featured tacos include charred carne asada and smoked chicken, dressed with little more than onion, radish, and a drizzle of vibrant sauces. However, the new space offers much more than just tacos, flautas and some burritos. Tequila-based cocktails, appetizers like tuna tostada, and shareable entrees like tlayudas and fried whole snapper marinated al pastor round out the expanded menu.
