"What started as a small shipping container in 2017 has become a hotspot in Little Havana. There is almost always a line of diners waiting to enter this narrow space, decorated with emerald green walls, vibrant tiles and elegant brass details.
They all come for the same thing: a great Cuban sandwich with pork tenderloin marinated for a week in garlic and spices, then pressed between slices of perfectly toasted homemade bread. A heartier but equally delicious alternative is lechón, with tender shredded pork slathered with garlic and cilantro aioli. The thick stick-shaped croquettes are also impressive if you need a bite to eat before the sandwich."
