Pao's oval room features a golden domed ceiling with another Hirst statue at its center: a golden unicorn perched on a platform, watching over the elegant diners.
To be clear, this place offers much more than just impressive aesthetics, with a short but varied menu that blends various culinary influences. Many of these are Asian, such as the scallop aguachile with pineapple and black lime, or the bao with smoked Wagyu ribs and XO aioli. Roasted black sea bass with chili patis and ginger-garlic rice offers a balance of sweet, salty, and spicy flavors, providing a comforting dining experience every time.
