Chef Ezequiel Hernández brings the flavors of Ensenada to Mexico City with Campobaja. The restaurant, spread over two floors, features an atmosphere reminiscent of a warehouse on the upper level, with high ceilings, iron beams, and furniture made from recycled wood—sourced from renovated ships and repurposed as tables, chairs, and decorative elements.
Campobaja's cuisine is inspired by the authenticity and simplicity of the food found in Mexican fishing villages. The freshness and quality of the seafood are essential, and the menu is designed for sharing, featuring a variety of dishes including ceviches, aguachiles, burritos, tostadas, and, of course, fish tacos. Highlights include dishes such as fried red lobster and grilled octopus, which are not to be missed.
