Owner Simon Kim and his team are the driving force behind the ambiance at this stylish Korean steakhouse, which resembles a temple dedicated to beautifully marbled and aged beef, much of which is on display in an adjacent room.
Just like the original New York location, premium ingredients, expertly seasoned dishes, and attentive servers create an impeccable experience. First-time visitors should start with the butcher's feast, a generous tasting menu that includes a variety of banchan, several cuts of meat, and two types of stews.
