With white tablecloths, dark wood floors, glass in every corner, and a sparkling open kitchen, this place is packed at any time of day, any day of the week. Seafood is naturally the star here, and the bar’s raw dishes, such as the shrimp cocktail with tomato compote, stand out for their quality. You can add caviar and truffles to any dish if you wish, and homemade pastas, such as spaghetti alla vongole, are served in portions designed for sharing. The grill is responsible for preparing whole fish and high-quality fillets. Although it’s an ideal location for business meetings, the atmosphere is far from formal, thanks in part to a very friendly service team.
