Located on a street lined with luxury stores in the Polanco neighborhood, Guzina Oaxaca showcases the cuisine of this region of southern Mexico. Its cuisine, based on corn and chili peppers, is known for its moles and the use of insects, such as grasshoppers. Chef Álex Ruiz, who created the menu, and Chef Carlos Galán, who prepares the dishes, are both originally from Oaxaca. Chef Galán credits his grandmothers for his passion for cooking.
