Hytra is located on the 6th and 7th floors of the Onassis Cultural Center, a modern building with views of the Acropolis. During the summer, the restaurant moves to the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy dining under the stars with the impressive Parthenon as a backdrop. The contemporary Greek cuisine served here is characterized by its delicate textures and meticulous presentation, featuring Greek ingredients and herbs grown in the restaurant’s own garden. This is clearly reflected in their sauces, creams, condiments, and even their cocktails. You can choose between the à la carte menu and two tasting menus, one of which (“Think Green”) is vegetarian. Access is via Leontiou Street, where a security guard will direct you to the elevator.
