This contemporary bistro, located in the city center just steps from bustling Syntagma Square, is run by a chef whose mixed heritage (Greek father and Japanese mother) is reflected in contemporary Greek-inspired cuisine with many Asian influences. Their dishes—fresh, colorful, and perfect for sharing—are a feast for the eyes and the palate. Next door, "Sweet Nolan" is a bakery that complements the other ventures of the Nolan brand. During the summer months, the restaurant relocates to Mykonos with its entire team, operating there from July through mid-September.
