Omeraki

The restaurant, located in a former garage, features a unique layout that includes an entrance hallway lined with shelves full of cookbooks, a spacious and bright dining room adorned with thoughtful design details, and two cooking areas: a striking open kitchen located in the center of the main room, and a second enclosed space that remains visible to diners. The cuisine bears the hallmark of the experienced and renowned chef Alberto Chicote, whose contemporary culinary concept—which is constantly evolving—is presented in three menu options (Express, Festival, and Homenaje). This concept is based on Spanish ingredients and blends dishes with influences from the Far East.
