Located on a quiet street in the center of Rome, this modern restaurant is part of the Hotel Pantheon. Under the direction of talented chef Francesco Apreda, originally from Campania, the cuisine fuses Neapolitan influences with Asian spices and touches. Instead of a traditional menu, the restaurant offers three tasting menus: Firma Iconica, Sapidità Essenziali and Idylio's Butterfly (the latter allows diners to choose four dishes from the other two menus). The young and efficient staff, always smiling, are happy to help you select from Apreda's personalized menus.
