Ambrosia

Chile and France come together in a culinary fusion with Latin American influences at Ambrosia, a well-known restaurant that has been ranked among the 50 best in Latin America, led by Carolina Bazán. Housed in an old house, Ambrosia offers a warm atmosphere with several cozy dining rooms. The efficient hospitality team is led by co-owner and sommelier Rosario Onetto. The à la carte menu features comforting and elegant dishes: try foie gras with mushroom purée as a starter, or citrus ceviche to share, followed by southern hake with asparagus gazpacho and cucumber noodles. In 2017, Bazán and Onetto expanded their concept with Ambrosia Bistro, a smaller restaurant located in the Providencia neighborhood.
