What began as a small restaurant tucked away in downtown Miami has evolved into a vibrant and stylish venue in Miami Beach. The gorgeous tiles set the tone for a team that remains dedicated to sourcing diverse varieties of heirloom corn from family farms in Oaxaca, milling and pressing them on site daily. Featured tacos include charred carne asada and smoked chicken, topped with little more than onion, radish, and a drizzle of vibrant sauces. However, the new space offers much more than just tacos, flautas, and a few burritos. Tequila-based cocktails, appetizers like tuna tostadas, and shareable entrees like tlayudas and whole fried snapper marinated al pastor round out the expanded menu.
